2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayU. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
  • By placing an order, you authorize Emkri to charge the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including payment issues or inventory unavailability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped using Delhivery, our logistics and shipping partner.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  •  Tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
  • We have 2 warehouses from where we ship our order.
    - A/88 Ground Floor Delhi 110059.
    - PWC Songbirds Pune, Maharashtra 412115. 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer refunds; only exchanges are accepted.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • No restocking fees apply, and no items are final sale.
