Refund policy

At Emkri, we want you to love your wear. Currently, we do not offer refunds and only process exchanges.

Exchange Period

• Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for providing return shipping for exchanged items.

Restocking & Final Sale

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Process an Exchange

1. Contact our support team within 4 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item you want to exchange.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
4. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange for the requested product.
